Grants, Growth, & Gratitude

A Semester-Long Music Advocacy Program

Be Part of the Music and our partners at Music & Arts are proud to bring you this new and vital advocacy program. The program is broken into four distinct parts and impacts all K-12 music educators.

Part One: Grants

January 11th-21st

Twenty-five deserving programs will be awarded one-thousand dollar micro-grants to use however they want, where they want. You can even use these funds with another music retailer. Grant recipients will be announced January 28th.

Part One

Part Two: Growth

February 7th-18th

Do you have an in-service, MEA, or professional development event that you would like Scott to be a part of? We will be giving away five in-person or virtual professional development presentations to your school, school district, or MEA association. Are you tired of boring in-services? Now you can do something about it. Selected honorees will be announced on February 25th.

Part One

Part Three: Gratitude

March 14th-25th

Teaching in underserved communities is hard, and schools in these areas face additional challenges of funding, support, and involvement that sometimes feel insurmountable. We want to help! We will be providing 25 Title 1 schools with classroom sets of Music FUNdations, a revolutionary method book that infuses social-emotional learning into the music-making process. Selected programs will be announced on April 1st.

Part Four:
Grants, Growth, & Gratitude

April 25th - May 6th

We combine all of the above with special events, prizes, and awards for Teacher Appreciation Week. We're not ready to share what we're working on, but we think you're going to love it.

Grants, Growth, & Gratitude
is designed to impact every content area (band, choir, orchestra, general music, etc.) at every level (K-12). Apply for one, two, three, or all programs. There are no limitations. If one does not apply to you or your program, share it with a colleague that would benefit from it.

We want to provide real solutions, to real problems, to real heroes — YOU!
