Thank you for your interest in joining the WMS Band. This is an exciting and important time in your education, and playing an instrument is so important in developing a well rounded, creative thinker and learner. Parents, the instrument your child picks will be the instrument he/she may play through middle, high school, and even into college. Please read the information provided on this website, watch some of the videos, take the "test", and start thinking about which instrument YOU wish to play. I also ask that you have a second and third instrument in mind, as sometimes an instrument may not suit a child due to lip/facial structure, size of hands, height, etc. Lastly, Parents, don't forget to fill out and submit the info form!
