Now is the time to think about adding new skills and knowledge to your musical well being in your time at Highland MS (and beyond!). Joining the band starts with a few small steps to discover what instrument is BEST for you (and what YOU like the best!). You will have an opportunity to try out all the instruments in the future, but first, take a listen to all the available instrument choices to start with in 6th (or 7th) grade! - THEN complete the "instrument MATCHING GAME to help discover your current "ear" for music. We will have more time to connect in March and April as we establish our SAFE instrument try out dates. Feel free to reach out to Mr. Blocker (band director) for any information or questions you may have!
