What is Band?

Message from the director:

JOINING THE CPMS BAND IS SIMPLE! If you have interest in band at all, mark band as your first choice on your choice sheet. This will ensure that band is at least one of your elective courses. Band is a class that is part of the daily schedule, which means there is minimal outside of school requirement to start. If you have ANY questions, just ask your music teachers or your counselor! Most students say that joining band is the best decision they have ever made. I cannot wait to have you in the band next year! When you join band, you gain family! The CPMS Band has a history of success, and we need you! While we cannot promise every child will be a musical prodigy, WE CAN promise you will learn, laugh, and grow along the way. Now is the time to start! Mr. Justin Hike, CPMS Band Director
